The EMS Director provides leadership and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the agency, with a focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, and effective service delivery. Working in close collaboration with the Administrative Director, the EMS Director helps develop and implement policies, coordinate training programs, and provide additional leadership. This role ensures that all aspects of EMS operations are executed smoothly, safely, and in alignment with the agency’s standards and objectives.
